I'm not sorry I'm sad.

Because relationships and people matter to me. People seem to think it's better to always self care everything to death but there's beauty and healing having community and showing our struggles and hardship so people can help us. It's a great service to give people the opportunity to help us. It makes them feel good, valued, wanted and needed. It brings people together. We connect on our lows so we can be together on our highs. Life is not tidy. And in my experience, the cleaner people make themselves look, the more they have swept under the rug. I'm not sorry I'm sad, I'm not sorry it shows.
